Description

Kashkaval Cheese: Kashkaval cheese is produced by cooking the raw cheese obtained from cow milk and cooling it down with the desired size of molds. The difference from the white cheese production is the boiling at 85-90°C. The product becomes ready for sales with the cooled down kashkaval cheese turning into yellow for 2 days and then being packaged aseptically.
