Mirella is a special purpose whole wheat flour which contains high amount of Ruseym. It is an indispensable product for breakfast and brunch with its lightness and unique aroma.

Area of application: Bread with rousse, bread with rousse and pastry.

Ingredients: Whole wheat flour, Ruseym, antioxidant (ascorbic acid - E300), fungal alpha amylase, various enzymes.
