Description

Alaybeyi 2, which continues to provide the indispensable taste of traditional village bread from past to present, is an ideal flour for making shebit, yufka, village bread and tandoor bread.


Field of application: Şebit, yufka, village bread and tandoor bread.


Ingredients: Wheat flour, antioxidant (ascorbic acid-E 300), fungal alpha amylase.
