Cherry (Prunus avium), Rosaceae (rosaceae) is a fruit tree found naturally in the South Caucasus, Caspian Sea and Northeast Anatolia. This tree, which can be up to 15 m long, has a pyramidal crown, long egg-shaped and toothed leaves and several white flowers forming a cluster. Spheroid or heart-shaped fruits with an average diameter of 2 cm are thin skins, sweet juices and single seed.
