POY-Partially Oriented Yarn that is a partially drawn yarn. It is the state in which the polyester continuous fibers coming out of the fiber drafting head and wound onto the bobbin, have partially oriented placement of the polymers in the fiber depending on the winding speed. Direct (liquid polymer) and extruded (chips-fed) production is done in two different ways. The liquid polymer from the polycondensation plant is fed directly to the production positions. Each stage after these processes is the same as extruder production. We supply semi-matte or super bright ecru or black.
