It is a solvent based, general-purpose adhesive which can be applied by 1.8 mm pistol and manuel(brush, spatula). It is used in the process of postforming applications, and bonding all types of thin, thick, bright standard quality laminates onto absorbent and non-absorbent surfaces such as MDF, MDFLAM, HARDBOARDLAM. Due to its suitable viscosity, it provides maximum surface quality. It provides high strengh in the manuel applications which requires more time such adhering door-frames, absorbent surfaces such as MDF and natural covering. ) (20-25 mins. at 20 °C)
It is required to give heat while it goes through roller press, especially in wide surface appliactions.The open time of adhesive can vary due to amount of the adhesive, environment temprature and the type of the material(absorbent or non-absorbent) (20-25 mins. at 20 °C)It consists of flammable solvent groups.Shelf life is 12 months after production date.
