:Acrylic copolymer is a paint material applied by spraying on interior surfaces based on binder, giving decorative appearance to ceilings and walls.



Usage places

:It can be used safely for decorative and protective purposes on all kinds of plaster, ytong, gypsum plastered or putty surfaces, prefabricated constructions, wood and chipboard gypsum paneled interior walls and ceilings.


:It is decorative with various size and frequency patterns and different application methods. Minimizes plaster defects on the surfaces it is applied. It does not swell and spill and is highly resistant to water, moisture and impacts. It provides quick and easy application with its special equipment, and saves labor and time. Since it is water based, it does not harm human health and environment and does not contain mold, bacteria and germs.

Application 1

:Surfaces to be applied should be solid, dry and clean.
Dirty, dusty, swollen and old painted surfaces should be cleaned by scraping and surface defects should be corrected with Merbolin Interior Putty. In order to prevent sudden water loss and better adhesion of Merbolin Grenite to the surface; 1 part Merbolin Merboizolan Insulation Primer is applied to the surface by thinning with 5 parts water and a single layer is applied and saturation of the surface is provided. Surfaces where Merbolin Grenite will not be applied should be masked before application.

Application 2

:2 - 4 hours after primer application; Dilute 1 to 2 kg of water in a bucket Merbolin Grenite. Mixing is done with special mixer. The air volume of the compressor is 300 lt / min. air pressure 4 - 6 atu. must be between. Spraying is done according to the desired pattern with a special gun. On Merbolin Grenite; Merbolin interior paints are applied on walls and Merbolin ceiling paints are applied on ceilings.

Storage Conditions

:It can be stored for one year in its original packaging in 5-35 ° C environments without direct sunlight. Protect from excessive temperature, humidity and frost.

Important Notices

:The paint should be thoroughly mixed before use.
Ambient temperature should be between 5-35 ° C during application.
After each application; Application tools should be cleaned with water.
Surfaces treated with Merbolin Grenite should be protected from physical and chemical influences for 36 hours.
Paint should never be drained into sewers and water channels.
Application should be done as stated above.
