This oven is designed for small and medium size enterprises for cooking bakery products. Each deck can be operated independently so different products can be baked simultaneously. As different temperature rates can be set for the bottom and top of oven, it ensures excellent baking balance for products baked in tray in particular.
Steam system can be activated as per needs. Optionally, a MFD fermentation chamber which controls temperature and humidity in bottom part of the oven can be added. It has fully stainless steel body, and refractory stone base plate. Glass door and lighting lamp enable you to monitor baking process. Optionally, the number of independent modules can be increased as per request and need.
