Mini Kayseri Manti (Traditional Turkish Dumplings) (400 g)
Directions
For 400 gr of Manti, fill a saucepan with 2 lt of water; add some salt and oil, bring to boil. Throw manti into the boiling water. Cook frozen Manti at low heat for 10 minutes, fresh Manti for 15 minutes, then turn off the heat. Wait 1-2 minutes till Manti settle down, strain off the water and prepare Manti for serving. Optionally, serve with yogurt with garlic, butter sauce with sumac, flaked red pepper and mint
Important information
Fresh manti: our products stored at +4°C are packaged in protected atmosphere. Product can be stored for 90 days in unopened vacuum package. As soon as the package is open, manti must be consumed within 5 days.
Frozen manti: Our products are shock-frozen at -40 degrees and stored at -18 degrees. Using our vehicles, we deliver our products to customers at -18 degrees through uninterrupted cold chain.
In order to store our products correctly, ensure they are stored in freezers at -18 degrees. As soon as the right storage conditions provided, the products can be stored for 12 months from the production date.
