Minimen Shoes Injection Sole And Waterproof Boots

    There are many different types of production in MINIMEN production facility. One of these types is to inject the shoe sole to the shoe-upper without using an extra adhesive. This application is much more functional than a regular glued sole. The shoe-upper of the boot gets more flexible by combining with an injected sole and it becomes extremely soft and strong. The polyurethane material doesn't get fully harden during injection and its softness gives enough comfort to the foot.  The injected polyurethane material has a very light structure. The adhesives that has a chemical mixture need to be used in this method. The injected polyurethane material is completely waterproof and much more successful than the regular glued products.
