The bagging machine is used in order to fill the finished product into polypropylene bags. There are pneumatic gates on top and at the bottom of the weighing unit. At first the top one opens and the product starts to fill the machine. The loadcells measure the product and when it reaches the defined weight, the gate closes and the bottom gate opens in order to discharge the product into the bag. There is a bag shaker in order to provide homogenous distribution inside the bag. The machine is equipped with a belt conveyor and a sewing machine and it can reach up to 15 tons/ hour packing capacity for flour and 12 tons/hour packing capacity for bran.
