PFS Pastamatik Series Convection Ovens have internal fans which circulates hot air (250÷300 ºC) inside the oven, ensuring a balanced and homogenous cooking process for the products in trays. The oven has a steam unit. The oven is completely made of stainless steel. The temperature and steam controlled fermentation chamber at bottom part ensures smooth and high quality fermentation of products.
