C850 8-edge, passive locking, indexable measuring plates in the pipe choke, the pipe on the average plate and the hydraulic connections for ease of use when working in the pit.
The detachable transport arms can be inserted inward when necessary, reducing the width of the tool and making it easier to store in narrow spaces. The handles are secured with lockable pins.
Choke beams are aluminum methane used in aircraft industry. The side columns are retracted and chrome plated. The hydraulic system is easy to connect and provides 10,000 PSI pressure. The bottom drowning axis, which can be opened to the side and rotat- ing in place, makes it easy to install the tool in the pipe to be drowned. Even in very narrow areas, the user is not forced, even if the hydraulic pressure drops due to the locking mechanism, the drowning process is not interrupted.
The two-stage hydraulic hand pump accelerates choking with a high oil volume with pressure, and when the resistance occurs, it also creates high pressure with low oil volume to accelerate choking.
In addition, the existing pressure control valve in these pumps can be loosened to prevent damage to the pipe. All hoses are 2 layer coated, reinforced with 1/4 I diameter steel braid and are resistant to air and oil pressure up to 20,000 PSI. On request, the C850 is available with a choke tool grounding device and custom size plates.
