Description

Ready-to-Use Plaster - Thick

It is a cement and perlite based extremely economical powder containing polymers and chemical additives created to obtain thick plaster.

FEATURES

• Excellent adhesion and is easy to apply.
• High adhesion due to its chemical additives. It is economical due to its low rebound.
• No cracking.
• Treatment time is long.
• Provides heat and sound insulation as it is perlite based.

AREAS OF USE:
• As thick plaster over brick and stone walls,

•As thick plaster to fix levelling differences between gas concrete, Ytong walls and reinforced concrete system
• To flatten surface differences before laying ceramics on the walls,
• Prior to all kind of isolation during the repair of surface defects and chamfering of corners.
 • To fill the rod clearances.

APPLICATION STAGES:

A pack of material is mixed with 10-12.5 kg. of water by a low speed mixer or a concrete mixer. It is applied to a previously water-saturated surface by a trowel.
Since it is cement based, it should be cured with water in hot weather.  Surface should be finished by Persan fine plaster.

Satin Plaster

Satin Plaster is a cement-based extremely economical plaster mortar which contains polymer additives and is produced with the aim to give a satin plaster appearance to the surface. It can be used as a thin plaster onto the rough cast in outdoor or, if necessary, indoor facades or as a smooth-surface finish plaster onto the old thin plasters.

PROPERTIES

• Has a plaster mortar-like appearance and can be painted,

• Excellent adhesion and easy to apply,

• No cracking,

• Flexible,

• Can be levelled with sandpaper

• Treatment time is long

APPLICATION STAGES:

1) A pack of material is mixed with 6-7 liters of water by a low speed mixer.

2) The mortar is rested for 5 minutes.

3) Then it is re-mixed for 1 to 2 min. and used in 2 hours.

4) The mortar is applied onto the water-logged surface using trowel or a machine.

5) If desired, the plaster surface is levelled using a wet sponge or polished by slightly wetting the surface using a steel trowel.

6) It must be cured with water in hot weathers due to cement-based properties.

* Should be stacked in a confined and dry area inside its humidity-resistant custom bag.

AREAS OF USE

Can be used as a thin plaster onto the rough cast in outdoor or, if necessary,

  • indoor facades or as a smooth-surface finish plaster onto the old thin plasters.

*Keep out of the reach of children.
