Silo systems which ensure hygienic, economic and optimum quality conditions for flour storage are designed for industrial bread facilities under Özköseoğlu guarantee. Silo and dosage systems are designed according to desired capacity, production area, and positioning.
Flour received in the facility is supplied into silos directly by entrance of silobus or with the help of bag discharge unit manually; with the help of rotary feeder and pressurized air. Product which is kept in silo between 3 and 7 days for maturing is transferred from fluidized-bed vibration silos into the system.
Flow of product through the system is ensured with the aid of pressurized air generated by compressors. Silos are also equipped with safety systems including winged rotary level control device and explosion hatch. Depending on customer’s request, silos can be square or cylindrical, and aluminium or stainless steel.

Flour delivered to the facility in bags is discharged into the product container manually, and then supplied into silos by the flour sifting machine with the aid of screw container. Flour sifting machine is made of stainless steel and has a grid discharge chamber.
