UNITHRO PLUS is a broad spectrum antibiotic that is perfect to treat bacterial infections, particularly respiratory diseases.

Composition (per 1 gm)
• Erythromycin 120 mg
• Colistin sulphate 500.000 1.U.
• Bromhexine HCL 5 mg

Indications
- Erythromycin and other macrolide antibiotics Inhibit protein synthesis by binding to the 23S TRNA molecule on the 50s subunit) of the bacterial ribosome blocking the exit of the growing peptide chain of sensitive microorganisms.
- The bacterial cell membrane is the initial site of action for colistin.
- Colistin binds to LPSs and phospholipids in the outer cell membrane of Gram-negative bacteria.
- UNITHRO PLUS is highly active against Infections caused by Gram-positive bacteria, Gram-negative bacteria and Mycoplasma.
- UNITHRO PLUS is indicated for treatment of respiratory diseases such as: Mycoplasmosis, CRD, Coryza, Sinusitis, Infectious Synovitis and bronchitis in poultry.

Dosage
- Poultry: Preventive: 1 gm per 4 Litres of drinking water.
- Treatment: 1 am per 2 Litres of drinking water during 3-5 days.
