Mixer vanes which are customized to run at high speed and making the machine have dispersion and mixture features during the manufacturing process of the low and moderate viscosity products with mixer machines may be nearly used in all industrial branches.
DESIGN :The most functional feature of the machine is that it does not increase the heat of the product which will be mixed thanks to the special wing structure of the vanes of mixer machines with dispersion feature and prepared the homogenous mixture in a short time. The special structure of the wings’ angles is designed to minimise the dispersion period.
OTHER FEATURES :It is manufactured of stainless-steel material at the quality of AISI 316 or AISI 304 by special request or requested sized ranging from Ø 40 mm to Ø 900 mm and thickness ranging from 2 mm to 4 mm. The vanes which are manufactured are delivered in a manner ready to install by opening the connection bores.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION :The diameter of mixture vane should be at the rate 1/3 of manufacturing vessel’s diameter to prepare the ideal mixture. The selection for the diameter of the vane is proportional to the engine power of mixer machine, maximum speed of mixture and the diameter of manufacturing vessel. An unsuitable vane results in the loss of dispersion and time extension of manufacturing process. Service for finding the suitable vane is provided by the expert engineers.
OPTIONAL FEATURES :The wings of vanes may be diamond-tripped. This feature minimizes the abrasion period of vane wings. Double layered turbo vanes and vanes with windows are specially made.
