Among these methods, it is a method of estimating how fast the wind is blowing in the region, and how many hours a year the wind blows in the region, using the least amount of current based on the current, or with a reasonable margin of error with an acceptable margin of error, using the annual average wind speed of the potential estimated region and the measured height. In this way, the estimated wind profile in the region is subtracted and the annual energy potential of the region is estimated by using the power curve of the wind turbine considered to be used with this data

On the other hand, our country has high energy potential in many regions in terms of solar energy potential. The calculations made to determine the wind energy potential of the zone are based on estimation methods where there is no real data for the hand area. In this project, the appropriate potential estimation method is used and the wind energy potential of the region is estimated, given that the given data for the region is limited to the wind speed at certain heights. Although these methods (s) are included in the general literature and widely used, there is always a margin of error, as it depends on the natural conditions of wind potential.
