Zigzag grain seed cleaning channel is designed vertically so that it can operate with gravitational force. It is ensured that the materials with lower specific gravity within the grains are separated by exposing to air stream. As the name suggests, when the grains are entered into the machine, it is ensured that the grains are distributed in uniform density within the machine by means of the flap system.
The flow of grains moving downwards are ensured by directing the screens within the machine, and it is ensured that grains are cleaned by exposing to air stream under each screen.
In various applications, it is ensured the grains are dried and cleaned from dust within the product or adhering to it.
