The group is in Güneşli with its head office, and store and warehouse in Bahçelievler continue saling of building materials.Operating under Çolakoğlu Group,Silkcoat Paint has founded in1993 and started its production with Silk Plaster ( liquid wall paper).Then adding manufacturing of mineral plaster,construction paints,varnishes,decorative exterior coatings,effect paints and Silkoterm Thermal Insulation System ,Silkcoat currently export its product to 52 countries. Silkcoat continues to produce quality products to the world paint market with its facilities in Istanbul,Uzbekistan and Tajikistan.As a Çolakoğlu Concrete, has found its ready-mix concrete facility in Esenyurt, July 2007 with 400,000m3/year capacity.Our partnership Anadolu Mikronize biggest calcium carbonate factory in Turkey has started production in 2008 in Niğde with its 300,000 mt/year r.For nearly 20 years Çolakoğlu Construction has building ,residences,villas,business centers.After the building of 100 residences in Başakşehir 1.Section called Life Park Residences ,now started to built 500 residences in 2nd and 3rd section.Lastly Çolakoğlu Group has started to produce bathroom and kitchen furniture with ARTECO brand in Güneşli.Now Çolakoğlu Group has making progress with trust and praise getting from its customer .
