* The raw sesame seeds entered the plant are sieved and purified from the foreign substances in their contents.* Then sieved sesame seeds are wetted, salted and rinsed ponds are cleaned by means of ponds.* Sesame seeds separated from the salt in the rinse pool are transferred to the Sesame Squeezing Machine in a wet way.* At this stage, the sesame seeds separated from 90% of the water are transferred to the Sesame Roasting system.* The roasted sesame seeds are transferred to the Sesame Cooling Machine for about 2.5 hours at a temperature of approximately 160 degrees.* In the next stage after the sesame cooling machine, the sesame seeds are passed through the Sesame Screening machine again according to customer needs.* Sesame seeds, whose current temperature is reduced by 20 to 30 degrees, are transferred to the Tahini Mill by auger or elevator.* Sesame seeds, which are passed through grinding and crusher sandstones, can be produced up to 5 microns of tahini in AGRIPROF Tahini mill.* With the transfer pump of the AGRIPROF Sesame Grinding Mill (Tahini Mill), you can transfer the finished tahini to the storage tank or transfer the product to the upper chamber to pass the mill again.* It is homogenized by mixing tahini by means of mixer and by-pass system in the storage tank.* Then, semi-automatic or fully automatic filling machines are filled and stored in tahini packaging containers
