SPECIFICATIONS:

The machines have a complete steel body construction for heavy-duty use and against the logs falling from high, and the extra heavy casing structure prevents breakdowns due to vibrations in the long term. The machine has been strengthened with the plate of 3.0 cm solid steel in the working surface against the logs being thrown. The log hopper moves through a double or single-lever hydraulic system according to the machine capacity and there is no loss of power whatever the weight inside the case. The continuity of movement is ensured with a hydraulic lever system controlled entirely by the PLC and proportional valve. Each of the motors providing the roller movement can range from 11 to 37 KW according to the roller structure and weight characteristics. Furthermore, by directly coupling the motors to the rollers, the power loss was reduced to the minimum and the number of cycles received was increased to the maximum levels. The shavings produced by the machine and their structure can be adjusted to the desired type. We are the first company in Turkey to produce a mobile motor system which can be mounted directly on a roller. The product obtained from this system reveals an unprecedented quality.
