It is the type of yarn obtained from ring spinning, OE, air-jet and vortex spinning systems which are polyester staple yarn spinning systems. The operating principle of the systems is mainly based on the transformation of the parallelized mass of fibers into a band and roving, then through a drafting system and twisting with the aid of a ring and traveler, into a cop. The yarns obtained from the ring system are smooth and soft-handled, their strength is higher and their smoothness is less.

A wide range of uses include summer-winter underwear and outerwear products, home textiles, decorative fabrics, industrial fabrics.
