Description
When used together with Air Conditioner, Fermentation Chambers will maintain humidity and heat, ensuring fermentation and raising of the moulded dough. The chamber will be built from polyurethane panels according to customized sizes. Doors have safety handles from inside. Stainless sheets, grade 304, are used on both sides of panels. It has interlocking which enables simple mounting. Air conditioners inside the fermentation room are used to ensure homogenous steam and heat production. The device is equipped with thermostat and hygrostat (an instrument measuring humidity) which automatically maintain chamber temperature and humidity at desired levels. It is made of stainless sheet. It produces steam and heat itself, and blows into the chamber through fans.
