Van Herby Cheese: This is our regional cheese with a taste making you remember of the wild garlic with a dominant appearance of Sirmo (anhriscus nemorosa) collected from Van and its districts. We aim to leave our regional tastes coming from ancestors to our children by combining them with hygiene and technology. The product produced from cow milk is offered for sales with 8 kg tin packages, as well as 350 grams vacuumed packages.
