Our company was founded in 1979 as a limited partnership with two partners – Omer Kemahlioglu, who has a mechanical engineering degree and Mehmet Kemahlioglu, who has a business management degree. The company was renamed KEMAHLIOGLU PLASTIK AMBALAJ SAN. ve TIC. A.S. in 1995 and became a corporation with five family members as the shareholders. In its early days, our company focused on manufacturing granule and polyethylene bags from used polyethylene bags due to raw materials shortage. Our company, which started production with a single extruder and a single mechanical cutting machine, today carries out production using 9 extruders (2 for polyproblene and 7 for polyethylene), 1 slicing machine, 12 automatic bag making machines, and 3 printing machines. Our company has the capability to produce polyethylene bags ranging from 5 cm to 175 cm in width and from 25 microns to 250 microns in thickness. We can also manufacture PP (up to 65 cm) and OPP in addition to printing in 6 different colors in our 2500 m2- plant. The increase in exports in the Turkish economy resulted in an increase in the demand for plastic packaging material and led to growth in our sector. At the same time, today’s economy calls for high-quality products and services that can be tailored to customer specifications rather than mass production. Our company has been customer-oriented since its foundation and our mission is to satisfy our customers’ needs on-time and with high-quality products.
