SUPERSTRUCTURE
- Tipper produced with capacities 30 m3 to 60 m3.
- Tipper body is produced with reinforced aluminum profile
- Adjustable springs on end cover are connected on the upper side, they can be opened and closed from bottom
- Pneumatic lock system on end cover
- Body includes strengthened rack on the bottom
- There are plastic mallets to prevent wearing and noise on the points that contact with rack
HYDRAULIC
- Damper movement is provided by level 5 heavy telescopic ‘’H’’ Type cylinder which provides 45o tilt angle .(LIFT COLD DRAW SEAMLESS PIPE )
- Oil reservoir has suction filter, damper pneumatic remote, two speed lowering valve and a limit control security.
- Oil tank must be added to trailer, hydraulic contact between trailer and conveyor, is provided by 2 sockets
RACK
- Strengthened “I” section centre members are welded automatically by submerged welding machine. They are welded between 120/12 mm bottom or top steel plate and 5 mm hub plate.
- These racks are supported against being twisted with each other by binding them with axle beams
AXLE SHAFT
- 3 axle shafts with the capacity of 12 tons, are used
- There are brake shoes and heavy brake levers suitable for TSE norms

- Automatic boot unloading process (UNLOADING LEVEL)

- RSS that provides safe driving system against 2S / 2M EBS and rollover (Balance Control System).
- Air leaks in trailer are blocked by Sweden patented Ruffels union system
KING-PIN
- Steel king-pin which is 2” according to DIN 74080 standards and 3½” 42CRMO4 according to DIN 74083 standards are used
LEGS
- Two speed, telescopic, mechanical conveyor legs, with the capacity of 24 tons
PAINT
- Rack and superstructure are painted in paint drying oven by Washing+ Sanding + 2+1 coat of Acrylic Paint
