Apperance: No obvious signs of browning or gelatinious particles.No floating particles, specks, insects, insects parts and other foreign matter
Taste - Odor: Typical natural black carrot taste and odor , fresh and free from signs of over-heating, fermented or any other off taste.
Shelf Life/Storage: Stored at 0 - 4 ° C for 18 months or at -18 °C for 36 months.
Packaging: Black Carrot Concentrate is packaged HDPE aseptic bag placed in food grade lacquered metal drums. Tamper evident seals are used on outsite of metal drums.
Labelling: Proper labels stating batch no,drum no,gross and net weight,production and expiry dates,storage conditions,brix,acidity are placed on the drum.
