♦ GENERAL FEATURES
With the Core Test Press, strength tests of core samples can be performed. 60 tons capacity, can be controlled fully automatically by computer or automatically or manually via servo control panel. In manual operation, readings are made from the digital display. The load reading is carried out precisely with the Load cell.

Core Test Press Loading Body
Press body; is monoblock and piston is placed in the middle of monoblock body. The press body has a front cover made of impact resistant transparent material.
Compression Plates and Pivoting Head
The upper pressing plate has a moving head system. The compression plates allow a wide range of molds and similar parts to be tested. Both compression plates made of high quality steel are hardened and flattened as defined in the relevant standards.
Spacer Parts
Intermediate distance pieces are supplied with the system according to the sample sizes to be tested.
Loading Roller Parts & Limit Switch
All bodies are equipped with an upwardly moving piston. The diameter of the piston varies depending on the capacity of the device. Thanks to the fast preload pump in the device, the Piston moves rapidly from the beginning of the test until it touches the sample and drops to the desired speed when it contacts the sample. It returns to the starting point when the test is finished. The piston travel distance is 50mm. After 50 mm of movement, the piston touches the limit switch and stops the engine.
Hydraulic Unit and Digital Graphic Display Reading Unit
Hydraulic unit with a maximum capacity of 400 Bar and a digital graphic display reading unit. The loading speed can be set between 1.5 and 10 kN / sec. The loading speed accuracy is 5% of the set speed. In the unit with digital display, the loading speed, load and values can be monitored during the test.
Software
The core testing program is included with the core testing press free of charge. Sample, company, laboratory and test information can be entered in the program. Load-time graph, test reports and sample reports can be obtained
