DESCRIPTION:
It is solvent-free, epoxy resin based, reaction-dry, double-component, glossy, hygienic, topcoat paint with hard film character.
PLACES OF USE:
It is safely used in factories and industrial plants, on all types of wood, metal, concrete surfaces, especially in the inner surfaces of fuel tanks which are exposed to severe corrosive substances such as acid base requiring chemical resistance on the surface, hospitals, food and drinking water tanks, tanks, pipelines, swimming pools.
ÖZELLİKLERİ:
Since it does not contain solvent it does not have fire and explosion risk. It can safely be used in tanks and water tanks since it does not change the taste, smell of the water.
APPLICATION METHOD:
All the dirt, oil, and bubbling materials on the surface should be cleaned and the surface should be completely dry. It should be scraped in compliance with Swiss standard SA 2 ½ and the concrete, ceramic, tile surfaces should be primed with solvent-free floor primer. Ersan Epoxy Primer or Shop Primer is used on steel surfaces, and Wash Primer is used on galvanized surfaces. A and B components mixture proportions should be taken into consideration, should be mixed, should be waited for 4-5 minutes; then it should be applied on the surfaces which are sanded and cleaned, by brush or roller or airless pistol as two coats by waiting 12-24 hours between the coats (may vary as based on the surface drying)

Main Coat : The application should be started if the surface or paint temperature is above 10 ºC. It is recommended that 100 mic thickness is obtained in two coats on the vertical surfaces. The Following Coats: Ersan solvent-free base primer is applied on the surface which is slightly porous when the first hardening time is completed, then special products such as Ersan solvent-free antibacterial topcoat is applied according to the specifications.

CONSUMPTION:
As based on the surface 150-200 gr/m2 100 mic. for dry film thickness on vertical surfaces
750- 800 gr/m2 500 mic for dry film thickness on horizontal surfaces.
STORING CONDITIONS:
Protect from direct sunlight between +5º C to +30ºC. The period of use is 1 year as of production date in its original unopened container under appropriate storing conditions.
