Liquifilm

Liquifilm is a field-biodegradable, water-soluble release film used as a discharging gas barrier during a very effective alternative TIG welding process when total cleaning is practically or very expensive. Flexible and robust, Liquifilm stainless, duplex and chromium steels as well as titanium alloys can be used. 1 x 20 meter ties wrapped around a center-folded or a core, this transparent film can be cut to the desired size for a pipe diameter. Liquifilm can be punctured for gas inlets and outlets with little risk of tearing and high force resistance, allowing the welding area to keep a greater level of positive pressure. Liquifilm can be placed close to the welding area, then inserted through the pipe, dissolved in hot or cold water or steam.
