Description
  • Needs only one worker,
  • Cuts the “1 meter-long-soap sticks” which are extruded from the “Soap Plodder/Extruder Machines” as output-product in square shape, in ideal size and adjustable grammage from min, 20 gr upto max, 150 gr,
  • Cutting & logo pressing on the pressed-soap pieces are processed at the same time,
  • The expected grammage between min 50 gr to max 200 gr is adjusted by changing the LENGTH of the soap sticks to be cut on the machine manually,
  • The process speed defers according to the working speed of the worker,
  • However, it is around 15 - 20 pcs cut-soaps per minute for 100 gram soaps,
  • Completely made from AISI 304 stainless-steel,
  • Consumps only 6 atm, or minimum 100 litre/minute compressed-air, No need for electricity,
  • Coming as mounted on an AISI 304 Stainless Steel made table, This table is without drawers,
  • Size of the machine with its table is (L 120 cm x W 60 cm x H 120 cm) without wooden box,
