Buğra Synergic MIG range offfers and guarentees welding joyful and without trouble with three diferent model, as 350 A compact, 350 A with separated wire feeder and 550 A water cooled. It’s now easier to weld steel, aluminium and stainless steel thanks to new generation thyristor control system what provides quite sensitive voltage adjustment possibility and useful synergic interface! Optionally with pulse and MMA (electrodes welding).

What’s its advantage?
• It’s ideal for the semi-professional and amateur operators who have to adjust many parameters before welding and have difficulties to find correct welding point.
• After mounting shielding gas and welding wire, it’s possible to catch high quality welding without spatter via only simple voltage adjustment.
• It’s equipped with thyristor control system that allows electronic and sensitive voltage adjustment, as different from step controlled welding machines. Ampere is automatically adjusted by the machine.
• Soft start (provides starting the welding softly without spatter) and burn back (prevents crater at the end of the welding and sticking the wire to the workpiece) features are standard. So the operator doesn’t have to set different parameters to catch the quality welding and the machine is purified from useless settings.
• It’s produced as a more economical and stronger solution against inverter machines which bring high investment costs and service-maintenance costs.
• It’s 100% Turkish made, no Chinese equipment.
• It has CE mark.

How it works
1. Switch 1 is turned MANUEL for ordinary MIG weldıng, knob 2 sets voltage and knob 3 sets wire feeding. Button 7 sets trigger position (2 or 4 stages, manual or automatic) and welding starts.
2. Switch 1 is turned SINERJIK for synergic welding. Button 5 sets material (steel, aluminium, stainless steel; here there is mixed and Co2 gas option for steel).
3. Button 6 chooses wire.
4. Then the operator sets only voltage. Knob 3 will be off, the machine will adjust the ideal wire speed and ampere automatically.
5. Optionally, operator can change wire speed due to diferent welding positions by knob 4.
6. Button 8 allows to test wire without spending gas.
