ABS / PMMA EXTERNAL APPLICATIONS
MUTCAN has set the market standards with its ABS / PMMA product range. The sheets processed by the Co Ex method consist of an easily thermoformable top layer of a high impact ABS and a top layer of acrylic (PMMA). In order to maintain the color stability of the finished product after extended external use, the PMMA layer is homogeneously matched in the carrier layer color. Many standard colors are available, as well as special effects, including meticulous effects and several embossed surfaces. The sheets can be formed without problems in conventional vacuum forming machines with upper and lower heating.
