Feta Classical Cow Cheese: This product is obtained as a result of processing the cow milk obtained from Ezine region with classical white cheese production method and it is differentiated from other cheese by using only natural cheese yeast and sea salt. It is required mature it for minimum 6 months in cold storage. The product is offered with two different brands as “Sercan Akpınar Ezine” and “Sercan Maltız Ezine” with different weights for the taste of our customers.
