Strawberry Juice Concentrate / Strawberry Puree
Product Description: Strawberry juice concentrate is obtained from undamaged, sound, mature strawberries.The product is manufactured under sanitary conditions appropriate to food products, incompliance with all applicable laws and regulations including Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
Apperance: Strawberry Juice Concentrate: No obvious signs of browning or gelatinious particles. No floating particles, specks, insects, insects parts and other foreign matter / Strawberry Puree: Homogenized Fruit Puree.
Taste - Odor: Typical strawberry taste and odor, fresh and free from signs of over-heating, fermented or any other off taste.
Shelf Life/Storage: Strawberry Juice Concentrate: Stored at -18 ˚C for 36 months. / Strawberry Puree: Stored at 0 - 4 °C for 18 months.
Packaging: It is packaged in HPDE aseptic bag placed in food grade lacquered metal drums. Tamper evident seals are used on outsite of metal drums.
Labelling: Proper labels stating batch no, drum no, gross and net weight, production and expiry dates, storage conditions, brix, acidity are placed on the drum.
