Description

Upper convection glass tempering furnaces are used for heat and impact resistant glass cutting and machining. Tempering of flat glass, reflective glass, colored glass, hard coated (Low-E glass) and partial soft coated (Low-E) glass. Thanks to the specially designed fans placed in the upper part of the furnace heating part, the tempering process of soft coated (Low-E) glasses is performed at maximum quality and speed. The glass is heated to very high temperatures in the temper oven and is cooled by blowing air through high speed fans. Tempering process does not increase the strength of glass and its resistance to thermal stresses as well as the volume, chemical structure, color and clarity of the products. It is suitable for use as safety glass when it is broken into small and non-sharp parts and reduces the risk of injury. Tempered glasses, glass balustrades, folding glass systems, glass doors, shower cabinets, intermediate compartments, glass furniture, city furniture, refrigerator and oven glass, solar collector glass, side and rear windows of automobiles have a wide space in everyday life.
