Description
Upper and lower convection glass tempering furnaces are used for heat and impact resistant glass cutting and processing. Tempered glass, reflective glass, colored glass, hard coated (Low-E glass) and soft coated (Low-E) glass can be tempered. Thanks to the specially designed fans placed in the upper and lower part of the furnace heating part, the tempering of soft-coated (Low-E) glass with convection method is performed at maximum quality and speed. The glass is heated to very high temperatures in the temper oven and is cooled by blowing air through high speed fans. Tempering process increases the durability of glass and resistance to thermal stresses, as well as the volume of products,
